eBay My World: cart2indiaonline( 10573)

Ordered 3 items from Cart 2 India and not only they didnt deliver the items on time, they delayed the repayment. And after almost two weeks I got a refund. I wont recommend this seller to anyone. Not only that, I am now hesitant to buy from ebay. I have won a couple of other items that I really wanted to buy and now I decided not pay for them and let it go. I think, ebay must make this kind of sellers black listed.

I ordered a ASUS Blu-ray internal burner from them on October 1st. They weren't able to deliver it even after a long delay and called me to inform that they delivered it to the wrong person and that I would receive a refund on October 18th. After two weeks, I called them to enquire about the status of the refund. They said they had some technical difficulties and that the refund would be processed soon. After a whole month from promising the refund, I still haven't got it and their helpline is conveniently dropping my calls. I feel cheated and strongly recommend against buying from this seller.

This is the worst seller i have faced till now. They dont have proper information, even if you place an order they may cancel the order saying that they cannot deliver the product and the refund process is late. If we share the feedback about our experience, they will call you and request you to remove the feedback. And they will offer some new deals, which wont work at all. And I made a mistake going with the deal they offered. Actually i need an item of quantity=2, first they told me that the quote is for quantity=2, and after making the payment to them they will tell the quote price is for quantity=1. And am not ok with that, asked for refund. The refund process sucks and screws our daily life. Almost i made more than 100 calls, coming in the category sorted with the responses as 1) not answered 2) answered but no update with them 3) answered and will update soon 4) answered will do the process soon. somehow its my money and i got it back finally. just happy for that.
